Because it IS an entirely new application; new mathematics by Roy Martin (the guy who invented the top row keys for the HP-12C), a new look with bigger buttons and clearer text, the addition of emailing results and some other unique features like visual cash flow editing, an amortization schedule that sums the interest and principal properly and one-tap access to the FAQ page on the support site where you will find instructions.
