GravityWars is a game inspired by the Amiga classic Gravity Force; one of the best games ever for the commodore platform.

The objective of the game is to steer the ship through caves, while gravity is constantly pulling it downwards. It gets quite hard after a while.

It initially appeared as the first high resolution game for Linux, and gained wide popularity when released to public domain in 1995. In fact, the free game was sold in a bundle of three games in the "black market" in asia - labeled as "The best linux games ever" including Civilization, Quake, and GravityWars.

The new version is ported and rewritten to iPhone/OpenGL and comes with many enhancements and fun twists. Make sure you tilt the device and whats the shadows re-project.

It still uses the original graphics drawn by Pär Johannesson. The music of the game is composed with iDrum on iPhone!
